Preparing a Sector Export Promotion Strategy for Business Support Organizations

This course introduces BSOs to the process of preparing the development of a Sector Export Promotion Strategy, or SEPS. It begins by stressing the importance of a SEPS and highlighting what such a strategy is actually supposed to achieve. Then, it goes through the various analytical techniques that will need to be used to lay the groundwork to build an effective SEPS. Finally, it will lay out a series of steps to follow to successfully develop a SEPS, and provide various pieces of advice to ensure that the SEPS development process goes smoothly.
