Dear participants, welcome to this e-learning module on Virtual Trade Promotion!

This e-learning course consists of 3 sub-modules. After completing Module 1, you will be able to:

  • Recognize the magnitude and importance of virtual trade promotion and how it affects your service delivery to member companies;
  • More easily identify the elements that ensure successful implementation of virtual trade promotion events; and
  • Conduct an assessment on the suitability of different types of virtual trade promotion events to support your member companies.

After completing Module 2a and 2b, you will be able to effectively organize you participation in a virtual trade show and/or in a matchmaking event on a virtual business-to-business platform through the following 4 steps:

  • Concept creation;
  • Preparation and planning;
  • Implementation; and
  • Evaluation and follow-up.
